And a lot of times, once the technician does come out, the chances of them having the exact replacement part for your exact model of air conditioner is slim. Maintaining your Air Conditioner regularly can not only help lengthen the lifespan of your equipment, but it also gives you the assurance that your equipment is running efficiently. Our expert technicians can help identify potential issues before they become an unexpected problem.

- Clean or Replace Air Handler Filter (If supplied by homeowner)

- Inspect Inside Air Handler/Coils

- Inspect Blower Motor

- Check Calibration of the Thermostat

- Tighten All Electrical Connections

- Inspect Outside Condenser Unit

- Inspect Refrigerant Lines

- Inspect and Clear Drain Line- 

- Inspect Coolant Coils for Frost Buildup

- Measure Refrigerant Levels

- Add up to 1lb of refrigerant if needed ($60 Value)

Compared to $200-600 for an emergency repair, our annual service agreements are only $125 for one system, $200 for two systems, or $275 for 3 systems. There are no contracts to sign, you can cancel anytime, and you only pay when the service is performed. 

Maintenance Plans can be scheduled Annually, Semi-Annually or Quarterly.
